City and neighborhood officials rename Dean's Field the Paul J. Sciullo II Memorial Field. Located at the base of the Bloomfield Bridge near Liberty Avenue — just a few blocks from where Sciullo grew up and where his parents still live. Paul J. Sciullo II was one of the brave Pittsburgh Police Officers who tragically lost his life in the line of duty this summer. We at J.T. Sauer & Associates are honored to have one of our fields names after a hero such as Mr. Sciullo. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his friends and family.

There are a lot of exciting projects our team has been working on and some great new clients that we are excited to team up with. Our sports team has been lucky enough to work with many new clients from south Florida to western Ohio.
In master planning we are excited to be working with many new communities and private sports organizations. We have expanded our staff to provide more personal and better services for each of our clients in 2011.
JTSA Sports- Martorelli Stadium Renovation Complete
Pittsburgh, PA
JTSA and North Hills School District are very excited to announce the completion of the Martorelli Stadium Renovations. JTSA Sports worked with North Hills School District for the overall renovation of the field to provide a premier playing surface for young athletes of North Hills School District. The new synthetic turf surface is a 60 ounce monofilament surface with a state-of-the-art blade design which reduces heat and provides an extend life to the surface. The Astroturf GameDay 3D-H was used on this field to provided North Hills with the very best field surface in the Pittsburgh region.
The City of Pittsburgh was happy to kick off the construction of the East Hills Spray Park. The celebration symbolized the completion of many months of hard work and dedication by Mayor Luke Ravenstahl, Director Duane Ashley, and Director Mike Radley to make this park a reality for the East Hills Community.
The park will be barrier free and provide many spray and splash features fun for children and families alike. This park is part of the continued commitment by Mayor Luke Ravenstahl to improve our parks systems.

Contractor Selection to Begin for Riverview Soccer Facility
Pittsburgh, PA
JTSA Sports is very excited to announce the completion to Allegheny County's JC Stone Field. The new football and soccer facility will be available for the community immediately. The field will also be utilized by North Catholic Football and the new semi-pro football team The Pittsburgh Stealth. The field features a premier 60 ounce turf product provided by Foreverlawn and placed upon a dynamic drainage layer installed by Astroturf and Play Surface Solutions. The new sports facility will be open for both football and soccer and is available for rental through Allegheny County, Pittsburgh PA.

JTSA - Twin Lakes Park Expansion Phase II Complete
Westmoreland County Department of Parks and Recreation and J.T. Sauer & Associates are happy to announce the completion of Twin Lakes Park Expansion Phase II. For the third summer in a row, J.T. Sauer & Associates and Westmoreland County have been working toward the development of its JTSA/DCNR Park Master Plan. This fall, Westmoreland County will unveil its new winter snow tube runs, dog park, playgrounds, pavilions, and ample amount of new park space for all of the counties recreation needs.

McDonald Skate Plaza Complete
There is exciting news in the Borough of McDonald, Pa today with the completion and opening of their new DCNR funded skate plaza. Through the hard work of residents such as Patty Phillips and Tom Rockwell, the Borough was able to build a needed skate plaza under their existing budget plan and provide another addition to Heritage Park.
